Business Outlook

Pros

I appreciate and love the authenticity of the people that I work with. I’ve worked for different companies and I know that I can trust what people say and do at CapTech. I value the opportunities to learn different skills and stretch old skills that haven’t been used in a while for just a few extra hours per month beyond client work.

Cons

CapTech isn’t perfect but it is the best firm that I’ve worked for in my career. I love consulting and understand that in any consulting company to get a higher bonus or to demonstrate a skill for promotion, it may require me to put in 43-45 hours per week rather than 40. While CapTech lacks diversity in leadership, leadership is listening to feedback and learning on how to promote and celebrate diversity, inclusion and belonging.
