To further support our employees in their work and personal life, we rolled out brand new benefits in 2022 such as Modern Health, Carrot Fertility, and Fringe to accompany our traditional suite of benefits (Health/Dental/401k/PTO). Our compensation team is constantly evaluating our salary bands to make sure we’re offering a competitive package for new and tenured employees.
