CapTech is consistently one of the top firms to work for and joining here has been the best decision that I've made in my entire life. At CapTech you will work with some of the brightest minds in the field, enjoy the perks and competitiveness of consulting work, while also maintaining a great work/life balance and working as a team with other CapTech employees who care more about the client and team succeeding than they do about individual accomplishments. Management at CapTech has consistently done a great job at keeping the culture alive and well even when growing into a national consulting firm. At CapTech, you don't feel like just another number on the spreadsheet like you will at a Big Four firm, you feel like family. Upper management, even all the way up to Kevin McQueen, the CEO, works to know the names and accomplishments of everyone working at CapTech. Work/life balance and compensation here are great. CapTech recently ranked in the top 5 consulting firms in the US for work life balance and the results speak for themselves. The compensation is on par with other firms in the industry and will continue to improve as CapTech grows. Benefits here are also great - HR and management really went to bat for CapTech when deciding the benefits package. They offer good healthcare options including an HSA, 401k match that is on par with other top firms, a cell phone, laptop, tons of paid time off, as well as many others. Overall, my experience with CapTech has been nothing but positive. They've really allowed me to grow professionally while maintaining a great life outside of work as well.
Cons
There are currently no cons that come to mind. Overall, the company culture, career opportunities, compensation and work/life balance are great - much better than any other consulting firms in the areas that CapTech operates.
