Pros

Innovative and drive career growth. What they say they do they actually deliver! that the key reason I joined Capco. Being respected, having responsibility and a say in how I do my role and can improve things keeps me motivated. Great to feel a part of a great working family and definitely the right move in joining Capco.

We fully agree that it's important that employees at all levels can have their say and shape their role and the firm. We actively encourage our people to share their views on how things can be improved in the firm, as well as what's working well. An example of this are our upcoming 'Shape Capco' sessions in the UK, where all employees will be asked to participate in break-out sessions to share their suggestions and help to shape the future of the firm. Please make sure you find the time to take part! We also encourage our people to take on responsibility from early on in their careers, so that following an intensive training programme, even our most junior consultants have the opportunity to work on real client projects from the start fully supported by senior colleagues. Capco has been genuinely supportive and invests in the development of my career. The team culture is collaborative and positive. Work-life balance has been consistently good with reasonable expectations.

Cons

No major complaints - but every role has some client-driven variability which comes with consulting

Pros

Capco has a friendly culture where people like to win together. A solid meritocracy that is expertise focused, and growth oriented with approachable leaders and plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Employees should be self-motivated (which for me is a plus), but being a smaller company it does lack clear and standard documentation routines. There is no one-size fits all career map, which allows self-starters to succeed and rise quickly in the organization.
