We fully agree that it's important that employees at all levels can have their say and shape their role and the firm. We actively encourage our people to share their views on how things can be improved in the firm, as well as what's working well. An example of this are our upcoming 'Shape Capco' sessions in the UK, where all employees will be asked to participate in break-out sessions to share their suggestions and help to shape the future of the firm.
