Thank you for your review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoy working at Capco and your review sums up many of the great things that Capco has to offer, including market-leading compensation and benefits. Capco also offers twice yearly reviews to ensure that employees get regular developmental feedback, along with twice yearly promotion rounds. Our review process, along with our 'no time in grade' policy sets us apart from many of our competitors. In addition, Capco's non-hierarchical structure means that employees at all levels work and collaborate together, and have the opportunity to gain stakeholder exposure early in their career. Consulting in any firm is not a 9-5 job, however, we would encourage anyone working consistently long hours to speak with their coach and/or local HR representative if they require support. Thanks for your continued contribution to the Capco team.

Pros

Capco has a friendly culture where people like to win together. A solid meritocracy that is expertise focused, and growth oriented with approachable leaders and plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Employees should be self-motivated (which for me is a plus), but being a smaller company it does lack clear and standard documentation routines. There is no one-size fits all career map, which allows self-starters to succeed and rise quickly in the organization.
