Regarding your comments on the types of projects available, as a firm, we offer a variety of work assignments across the financial services sector. At times an individual may find themselves in a role which is not completely aligned to their career aspirations, and where this is the case they are encouraged to speak with their Coach, HR representative and/or a member of the Leadership team. Where a transition to a different role is possible, we will support this and where this is not immediately the case, the individual's Coach and Manager can help to identify development opportunities within the role.
