Pros

Good learning opportunities as they have interesting client projects.

Cons

1. Leaves - Only 26 (Inclusive of sick leaves.HR needs to distinguish annual and sick leaves separately and provide more leaves as 26 is not enough esp when it includes sick leaves too) 2. Annual Hikes are not very good even if you have a good rating and even when the company has grown tremendously over the last year.

Thank you for the positive feedback on learning opportunities and the quality of work at Capco. Although your location is unclear from your review, from your comments around annual leave entitlement it seems that you may be referring to our Capco India business where the annual leave entitlement does include sick leave. That being said, at Capco, if an employee is genuinely unable to attend work due to medical reasons or a prolonged period of sickness, we do offer additional paid time off on request. With regards to your comments on pay rises, the firm benchmarks base pay and bonuses against the relevant pay market by sector and geography so that we pay our people salaries and bonuses that are in line with, or in advance of, pay in the market and competitors. Salaries and bonuses at Capco are very competitive as feedback on this forum confirms.

Pros

Capco has a friendly culture where people like to win together. A solid meritocracy that is expertise focused, and growth oriented with approachable leaders and plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Employees should be self-motivated (which for me is a plus), but being a smaller company it does lack clear and standard documentation routines. There is no one-size fits all career map, which allows self-starters to succeed and rise quickly in the organization.
