Pros
Significant growth during a difficult couple of years for the industry, albeit still working extremely hard to maintain the culture and sense of belonging. Winning large deals we wouldn't have been in the mix for a few years ago, this is a testament to the brand strength and the work being delivered by the consulting workforce. Continued focus on developing people, promoting large numbers each cycle. Still seeing great examples of more junior individuals driving internal initiatives which is great to see individuals having the remit to shape and deliver.
Cons
I know that with quite a lot of new joiners, some have found navigating Capco difficult, albeit no doubt this has been made harder with continued lockdown. Need to continue to share and communicate the real success stories around key advisory consulting, capabilities and domain propositions - over-communicate if anything.
