We regularly undertake a salary benchmarking exercise to ensure that the compensation offered is in line with the market in order to attract and retain top talent, proven by our success in hiring talented individuals. In line with our supportive and collaborative culture, we sometimes refer to the Capco ‘family’.
We have asked colleagues to work from the office three days a week to promote greater collaboration, support development, and to foster our Capco culture while still affording the flexibility to work from home. This is in line with the approach our clients have taken, and indeed many similar organizations.
