      No prons, Capco tolerates the unprofessionalism that could lead to downsizing and other harmful consequences.

      Cons

      As an employee who values integrity and fairness, I am deeply disappointed by the HR director in Poland for their apparent disregard for basic respect and zero HR knowledge. It's disheartening to witness leadership fail to uphold the very standards they enforce on others. This behavior sets a concerning precedent, eroding trust and morale among all employees.

      Pros

      Capco has a friendly culture where people like to win together. A solid meritocracy that is expertise focused, and growth oriented with approachable leaders and plenty of opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Employees should be self-motivated (which for me is a plus), but being a smaller company it does lack clear and standard documentation routines. There is no one-size fits all career map, which allows self-starters to succeed and rise quickly in the organization.
