Pros
Although it's been a while, when I joined I was new to consulting and financial services. I was able to grow from an entry level consultant into a PC via the projects, opportunities and challenges I had at Capco. The financial services focus generally exposes you to top tier banking, wealth, insurance and financial technology clients. At the time, management was fantastic, and I made some extremely good connections via the talented colleagues I worked with. Clients were generally great to work for, and in many cases, felt like we worked alongside them.
Cons
Like any consulting role, your current project and role can dictate your experience. Some are better or worse for you and your growth. When I left, Capco was taking on more staff aug projects which can be challenging, versus team based strategy and delivery work.
