      It is a company where you can reach the highest management level to talk about what is going on and they are really friendly and receptive

      Cons

      There are many people that are related either relatives or friends. I think it is a bad practice for business, because evaluation of perfomance and promotion are nor fair.

      Regional blocks to operations making some struggles with integration of ways of working. Minimal but is present.
