      There is Work life balance & you do not feel stress at work Good co-employees to work Caring managers with good ethics Those who want to settle can come here with high CTC Lots of extra curricular activities which keeps employee engaged

      Cons

      Lack of Growth No hierarchy setup i.e any designation guy can do any type of work Learning opportunities are less Salary hike is very less Take home CTC is very less
