Decent salary, lot's of opportunity to offshore American jobs to India, although I'm not sure that's a positive as now I am out of work....

Before considering this company based on reviews, make sure to disregard reviews from "current employees" as they are planted here only to make the company more attactive as a place to work.. If you live in America and are offered a job by Capgemini in America, plan on a short stay as they are highly focused on outsourcing to India and they are not helpful in finding new opportunities within the company. Management could care less about hard work of their teams as they are focused only on getting promoted...
