Pros
Capgemini is an Employee Centric organization which caters to the needs of most of its employees. It has a very good working enviornment along with good Learning opportunities. An employee will always grow in terms of knowledge here.
Cons
The organization is a not a good pay master and do not expect to climb the ladder soon unless proven so very aggressively. This is due to the increasing employee strength but the usual budget and profit margin constraints.
