      You will have work to do as long as you are in a project

      Cons

      They will make sure you will come out of project when you are just about to finish 3 years so they can get their 401k match back. Expect minimal Bonus, you can pretty much say nothing. I am not sure if anyone ever got the maximum Bonus company mentioned. Join the company if you are happy with the salary and want to join any company instead of being on bench.
