      Fun is one of the seven values within capgemini. So we work really in a fun way and enjoy ourselves very much

      Cons

      Capgemini China is still under construction. I do not agree that its a good place for young people to learn and grow

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k

      Hazy career path Little to no recognition Nonexistent salary hikes
