Capgemini is a large firm with a vast array of areas to become involved with. The company provides many options for learning, interaction, and integration into the greater organization.
Cons
While great focus is given to delivery aspects of the organization, too often sales are the final deciding factor in determining performance. The can, at times, create an environment that does not make full realization of resources that excel in delivery.
