If you're the kind of person who likes to throw headphones on and literally never speak to anyone as it's forbidden, then I suppose this could be listed as a pro.
Cons
Company culture is akin to a Black Mirror episode. All Management has a tight-knit protective in-group circle. You work for a client in the same building who essentially acts as big brother. If they walk past your desk and you're speaking with a colleague (about work), you'll be reprimanded later via email. You're always being watched and nothing matters to them except your numbers. If you're due in at 8am, you cannot clock in at 7:59 or 8:01. This is not exaggeration. Join them at your own risk.
