      You rely completely on your own initiative to work hard, get better gradings, get connections with useful people, get certificates. If you just want to do your job at a client, Capgemini is probably not for you.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
