Pros
Reasonably good pay. I regret not choosing a B2B contract for lower taxes. The interview process was very lax. I took the job out of necessity. The client acted as the main manager, and my interaction with Capgemini managers was limited to scheduling, holidays, feedback and more possible contracts. If money is good and are you willing to sacrifice the stability, go for it. Or if you cannot find other job.
Cons
Lots of unnecessary layers of management, with managers overseeing other managers. It took me some time to understand who to ask and whom to approach. I wouldn’t recommend it for the long run. Communication was handled via WhatsApp, which felt very unprofessional.
