- Possibility to gain very interesting and diversified experiences. - Good offered opportunities even tough you are a Junior Consultant. - Reasonable work/life ratio. - Possibility to stay with a fixed customer or to be a flexible consultant.
Cons
- Sometimes, I felt to be more an employee of the customer rather part of Altran. - Salary policies could be improved in order to burst more productivity for the senior employees.
