I joined Aricent as fresher in 2006 and worked till 2016.My experience at Aricent was excellent and i got all the opportunities to learn and grow. 1.Good work and learning opportunities 2.Good Pay and raise among the peers in the industry 3.Onsite opportunities. 4.Good promotion and raises for top performers. 5.No one keep track of your time and if you deliver as per expectation, no one cares.Very flexible. 6.All managers with whom i worked were excellent.
Cons
As of late, did not see good project coming and sometime its difficult to change projects even though they are lot of policies in place for intra company movement. Need to understand the pain point of employees so that they dont leave the company.
