Pros
I would call it an employee friendly company which works by and follows certain laid down principles. During my time here, I have come across several employees who have been here for 10+ years, which says a lot about the company in terms of an employee’s ability to accommodate/balance their personal and professional lives. The culture leans more towards team work vs managers bossing their team around. I would definitely recommend it to others.
Cons
I am yet to experience something which I can call as an ‘issue’ until now. But can say that since it accommodates flexi hours sometimes, an employee is also expected to be there for the company at odd hours sometimes.
