Unfortunately, you will be treated like a slave and nothing will ever be good enough. 10-14 hour days are expected and then when you make mention of the hours that you are working, it becomes a "time management issue" WHAT??? PCS or PIM as it used to be, was focused on excellent customer service and has moved to a $$$ aspect only. Nobody cares how it gets done or what you you are working on. There is absolutely no recognition for what the associates do on a daily basis, except if you are "buddies" with management. Morale is at an all time low, due to poor management. They are losing great employees and nobody will address the issue, management is HORRIBLE. If I were a client or thinking about becoming a client, think again. This is not the place it used to be.
