Cons
-rigid daily schedules with minimal to no flexibility (although associates are expected to be flexible and drop whatever they're in the middle of to deviate to another project at the whim of the Work Management dept) -miles of red tape before employee suggestions are even considered, let alone acted upon -associates really are treated as "just a number" despite management's efforts to verbally assure them otherwise -ridiculous double standards (i.e. some people are blatantly allowed to "get away" with more than others) -sometimes helping another associate from another team will gain that person a promotion (to a title and position higher than yours) while you sit at the same position for several more months (or even years) simply because your manager is not as lenient as the other associate's manager and doesn't "feel you're ready"
