Pros

The pay is reasonable for the position, still have decent benefits and bonuses paid twice a year.

Cons

There are too many team managers and senior managers for the number of employees they "supervise". There is no clear path/direction to actually advance in the company. There are lots of "opportunities" which do not develop into a promotion or a raise. The wonderful perks have gone away year by year. The bonuses are not rising as the company's profit is back on the rise. They are so far behind in technology, that it is now a mad rush to catch up and expect associates to embrace it and promote it.

Paid really well. Great benefits. Valued employees. Had good work life balance for call center environment.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints. I honestly really liked the company.

Pros

The bonuses and CSRP of 15% as well as many benefits are unmatched. I enjoy many of my colleagues and have made life long friends.

Cons

It was a great place to work and many will continue to feel that way until they are affected like those of us in the Norfolk Virginia office. There is no loyalty from the company and people are replaced either by a “vision“ of technology that doesn’t yet even exist within the organization or by cheap labor “offshore“. I thought I would retire from here and now I find myself out of a job after over 20 years before the end of 2027.
