Pros
The quality of people, at all levels of the organization, is extraordinary. There's a strong sense of purpose, mission and community. The leadership team is focused on long-term success, and backs that up with consistent long-term decision-making.
Cons
No company is perfect. At times, decision-making can seem slow, particularly for newer associates. The aura of politeness can also get in the way of frank debate and discussion. Overall, though, recent years have seen significant change for the better with regard to both.
