The culture here is one that fosters growth and loyalty. There are no stars, and egos are always kept in check.
Cons
The competitive market pressures force Capital to evolve, and changes are happening too rapidly and management flounders with the execution. Credibility, especially with new managers who don't have strong operational knowledge, is suffering. Hence, they have a hard time inspiring and leading contributing to high turnover rate in departments that used to pride itself in low turnover.
