      Pros

      I could have put 5 stars but need to stay realistic, we can always improve ourselves. Capital Group is a great company, probably the best since I started my carrier. I appreciate our values, how CG consider their employees, it's definitely a great place to work

      We are sometime slow to take decisions, only because we need everyone's point of view.

      Pros

      Benefits and compensation were great. Most people were really nice.

      Cons

      Can become a gossip mill if you allow it. Constant rumors of HR cases, people forced to resign, inappropriate comments, etc. Some of the team leads and leadership actively participating in that gossip- really disappointing to see.
