Pros

The benefits are amazing. Company culture is very inclusive and understanding.

Cons

The required overtime is absolutely ridiculous. Depending on your position you may be required to work an additional 2 - 8+ hours per week. When I initially started we were told we would have an opportunity for overtime here and there. Now it's required every week. This job is basically taking calls back to back, non-stop, for 8.5 to 10 hours a day. Recently they have made changes that include the amount of additional time worked in your review process. So, if you don't work the required overtime, then your performance review will be affected negatively. Also there are many times when required overtime is added late in the day...very short notice.

Pros

The bonuses and CSRP of 15% as well as many benefits are unmatched. I enjoy many of my colleagues and have made life long friends.

Cons

It was a great place to work and many will continue to feel that way until they are affected like those of us in the Norfolk Virginia office. There is no loyalty from the company and people are replaced either by a “vision“ of technology that doesn’t yet even exist within the organization or by cheap labor “offshore“. I thought I would retire from here and now I find myself out of a job after over 20 years before the end of 2027.
