The benefits package is heads and tails above most other industries. The MRP, although limited in investment options, is 15 percent of eligible compensation without the associate making any contribution.
Cons
Senior management loves to create sub-committees that discuss over and over again a variety of opportunities and challenges. The company is slow to make decisions and implementation is not a strong suit. Information is not disseminated in a timely manner to other team members.
