Pros
Flexible work arrangement that used to offer 1 day a week but soon moving to 3 days in office per week. Moet people are friendly and offers standard benefit and generous 401k contribution by employer.
Cons
Demanding job requirements/high expectations and lots of overtime and turnover in the finance team. Easily working 60 hours a week and most associates are exempt which means not paid for overtime. Although overall seems to pay slightly above market for similar roles, when you look at OT worked, the actual hourly rate is not that great. No clear career trajectory and slow upward mobility and low titles.
