Pros

The work itself is reasonable if you are not working in the call center (the client services team is a different story). Positive environment with kind colleagues. During times of good economy, company is generous with its people.

Cons

Work from office 3 days a week starting in January '23 was announced with zero input from employees. Showed a level of callousness in the rollout that was surprising. Not a place for short term employment- real benefits and opportunities for promotion don't happen unless you stay a LONG time.

Capital Group Response

Thank you for your review and for recognizing Capital Group's efforts to be generous and fair to our associates in all ways possible. A priority of ours is to provide associates with flexibility and a work-life balance. It is the case that this January 2023, Capital Group will be adopting a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office. We also offer an extensive menu of other flexible options such as Summer Flex Fridays, Work From Anywhere weeks, and commuter and work-from-home benefits. These provide our associates the flexibility to manage their personal needs and professional schedules while meeting the needs of our clients and prioritizing our company culture.

Pros

Great pain, The 15% automatic contribution beats any place.

Cons

As with large companies decisions are made slowly and current leadership is looking for quick results rather than long-term solutions.
