It's okay - Client Service Representative Capital Group Employee Review

I don't like mandatory overtime or being told when to work it. Why do I have to sacrifice lunch to work? Why can't I volunteer to work when I want? I also don't like the fuzzy career path. This is an intense job! There is A LOT of information! And it NEVER stops coming at you. Most people are friendly but this is basically a glorified call center.
