Tends to try to do things “equally” At most places my role would be 100 % remote, but due to other roles needing to be in the office - we also are forced to go in. While CG does an AMAZING job in doing what makes sense in most areas, the work in office days are still frustrating. Also it takes entirely too long to make some decisions - Ex) a pilot offering additional flexibility was going to last a couple months- it’s now been almost a year and still no additional information.
