Pros
Great benefits and pay when compared to similar companies in location. Very big on DEI efforts. Flexible with time and emphasis on work/life balance, and ability to work part time from home is helpful. Direct managers and coworkers are all generally pleasant to work with and be around. Team managers seem genuinely interested in their associates. On a more superficial level the campus and cafeteria are nice.
Cons
Procedures and expectations are extremely unclear and will vary depending on who you ask. Upper management (Senior Managers and above) seem out of touch- they will have “round tables” to connect with associates but honestly these seem more like sessions to pre-emptively justify themselves to us rather than actually listen. Planning (or lack of it) tends to come off as unorganized and/or short sighted.
