In addition, they also have communities to provide value for the associates for any help in all aspects of life. They also have competitive salary and constantly overseeing the salary rate across the area of similar or same position and will automatically provide the associated position those raise accordingly.
Cons
Because they are constantly growing and thriving to help develop associates, it does make it challenging during review times when managerial roles are constantly being changed in order to help newer associates. Could be best to have newer associates to working with a longer period manager before moving to a different team with another manager.
