Pros
Great co-workers Beautiful building You'll see deer and other wildlife That's it for the Pros
Cons
Upper management is clueless on how to keep their staff They keep buying more and more property but aren't taking care of the people in their current buildings Poor staffing is everywhere right now but management is only focusing on getting new staff in, not retaining their experienced nurses. So, if you're a new nurse you'll be making as much as a VERY EXPERIENCED nurse but don't count on anyone with knowledge being able to help/teach you because we are all leaving or at least leaving the bedside cause management only cares about warm bodies NOT the people busting their butts taking care of patients! Come and get your year of hospital experience and leave like most people do. Only bonuses given are yearly frozen turkey (just like Shoprite gives) and a $300 "Thank you bonus" at the end of the year. Oh, and you'll be told REPEATEDLY how lucky you are to still have a job during a worldwide pandemic!
