Pros
The staff that I work with is great and everyone has no problem helping each other. Work can be challenging which makes your days go by fast.
Cons
Upper management is terrible they have no regard for their patients only care about money. Hospital is poorly staffed throughout every department and management does not care. A single nurse can be overwhelmed with more patients than one should be handling. This results in the patients not getting the care they deserve and increased risk of medication errors. Also there are workers who can get away with murder because of their connections to upper management. Never have I felt so unappreciated and disrespected at a workplace they do not reward you for hardwork and offer you no incentive whatsoever to go the extra mile.
