Pros
The shifts are manageable and create a perfect work life balance. Overtime is always available as well as cross training for certain departments.
Cons
At times it is hard to progress within the company as things seem to move very slow. I have been apart of this company for 4 years and have not been able to advance no matter how many applications I submitted.
