Pros
If you've only had retail pharmacy background, hospital pharmacy is a great learning experience as far as a wide range of drugs you'll learn for disease and treatments never seen in a retail pharmacy simply because it is out of the retail pharmacy scope.
Cons
Disorganized. Understaffed. Unprofessional. Poorly managed. Terrible working environment due to staff that have worked there for over a decade and they could never do any wrong.
