Pros
I have been with CIG for just under five years and when I first started, there was so much promise for growth and success, which made it a great place to work.
Cons
The Executive Team has terrible management skills, they are completely out of touch with employees and use regularly use CIG's money for many events that could have been part of budget cuts, which directly impacted merit increases and bonuses.
