1. Employees are highly underpaid. They take in people who are trained but they'll pay them peanuts. 2. They expect employees to extend, that too, every day! There will be a million eyes watching you throughout the day. 3. They'll track how many breaks you are taking, how long you are staying outside etc., 4. Nobody talks. You'll be sitting in the midst of eternal silence. 5. Bad washroom maintenance. 6. The entire setup is unprofessional. 7. Managers follow old methods of managing which is not at all good for this generation.
