      The pay is solid and the PTO and benefits package are strong.

      Cons

      The job is not easy and I believe that poor organization and lack of leadership make it even tougher. I can't say that I would refer a friend to work at Captive Resources.

      Pros

      Great culture, interesting job with various responsibilities. Strong outlook for the future.

      Cons

      Great company for first job out of college or if you are far along in your career, but not for anyone in between. Growth is coming, but stalled right now for many.
