Pros

Super lax dress code and weekly luncheons are nice. Low supervision, you are left to your own devices and therefore great for self-motivated people. Not much structure which may benefit those who need flexibility.

Cons

Hiring too many PT inexperienced people just to keep costs down. Completely reluctant to keep up with common operational technology in spite of claims to be technically savvy. ( product only) There is NO management of personnel, inept training and extremely unfriendly and unapproachable upper staff. Unless you are completely self sufficient, this is not ideal for you. If you need nurturing, mentoring, guidance or feedback then definitely not a fit. Office has been in various stages of “remodeling” for many years. Bottom line is way more important than any employee. Have seen some pretty unprofessional behavior.
