Glassdoor--it's the "review" site where, sadly, you can be accused of "micromanagement overload" by a person who works from home.
Of the many, quietly successful employees, there will be a rare situation where one who doesn’t make the grade. Our turnover remains much lower than the 15% nationwide average because our Managers have much better working conditions than the crazy hours of dealership management. Also, it's important that our sales people can close at a decent rate, otherwise they'll not be successful here, or in any sales position. Upon separation, we wished the person in question good luck, and still do today.
So, you’ll see a common theme here: that upper management is the worst thing to happen to the company. Of course, it’s the same management that started the company from nothing and turned it into three industry-leading companies.
This review gives us a chance to publicly reply with some great news! We just closed the books on 2016 and it was another record year of growth for Car Keys Express. At this time, we're growing faster than at any time in the company's history. What we're doing works, and we're the fastest growing dealership vendor in America. We were recently honored with INC magazine's INC 5000 award, recognizing America's fastest-growing private companies.
To get a better understanding of the whole story, feel free to reach out to our “news” webpage, and contact our recruiters (because we’re growing, we’re always hiring) or human resources department, and they’ll tell you about all the exciting opportunities working with out amazing team!
