Pros

After I left my interview at Car Keys Express I just knew I had to work there. You can feel something special as you walk through the door. The office is in Nulu which is a great location to work in and you are allowed to bring your dog to work! The office is very progressive with all staff meetings on a regular basis and an outside patio area that you can utilize as a think tank during the work day when needed. Management encourages ideas and are very inclusive in all discussions and decisions. The other employees at Car Keys Express are also great to work with. This company puts a ton of effort into recruiting so the talented individuals that are chosen for positions here are all unique and picked because of just that. I am reminded most every day that it is amazing to be able to be a part of a company that is growing as rapidly as this place.

Cons

This is a fast-paced company that is growing like crazy. If you are unable to go full throttle all day you may find it challenging to work here. I love it though! Makes the days fly by and for the first time in my career I look forward to coming to work.

Pros

Working remotely for the last 6 years has been great. The company has seen tremendous growth and I think it is largely due to the tenure of employees, their deep historical knowledge, and the care they have to about the company and their teams.

Cons

This year people in the office got raises and those of us at home got skipped over completely. It's worth pointing out that most of the longest tenured employees are all working from home. The people who have been here the longest, know the most and have the most invested in this company are the ones getting passed over.
