Pros

It used to be the $40k base salary.

Cons

Instead of innovating they are cutting salary AGAIN. Four days before Christmas 2017 the account managers' base pay was cut from $40k to $25k per year. What kind of corporate tool would do that to families during the holidays? He didn’t even have the guts to take any questions from the Account Managers after telling us about our pay cut. Don't think about unionizing they took off the company directory from our internal resources as soon as they cut our pay. The company brags about taking ex employees to court to enforce non-compete clause. Maybe if you created a positive and lucrative place to work people wouldn’t be leaving. Expect to work 10+ hours per day. If you're a prospective employee run the other way. They've cut the Account Managers pay twice in 2 years, but they have money to buy a race car. If you break down the pay you’re making between $10hr-$15hr. I'm in the process of leaving, I have friends who are waiting tables making more than me.

Pros

Working remotely for the last 6 years has been great. The company has seen tremendous growth and I think it is largely due to the tenure of employees, their deep historical knowledge, and the care they have to about the company and their teams.

Cons

This year people in the office got raises and those of us at home got skipped over completely. It's worth pointing out that most of the longest tenured employees are all working from home. The people who have been here the longest, know the most and have the most invested in this company are the ones getting passed over.
