Pros

Yes, the coworkers are great for the most part. But favorites are played so much that you begin to resent your coworkers for their unfair treatment. Mark is passionate, but he is also unwilling to commit to an idea unless it is his own. He doesn’t believe that anyone else is capable of an idea that is worth pursuing. He does bring lunch which is nice.

Cons

There is a great work life balance, if you consider 8:30 to 5:00 with no flexibility they. Kid sick? Use PTO or vacation, no working from home or making up the hours later that week. No nights or weekends? Only is Mark doesn’t text you and expect you to do something for him. Benefits are okay in terms of size of company. PTO and vacation are significantly less than industry standards. They are in fact, pathetic. If your are hourly, expect no paid time off until after 1 year.

Pros

Working remotely for the last 6 years has been great. The company has seen tremendous growth and I think it is largely due to the tenure of employees, their deep historical knowledge, and the care they have to about the company and their teams.

Cons

This year people in the office got raises and those of us at home got skipped over completely. It's worth pointing out that most of the longest tenured employees are all working from home. The people who have been here the longest, know the most and have the most invested in this company are the ones getting passed over.
